Nature of the site
Oulo Al-Elm is an independent digital Islamic library that provides Islamic books for reading and study. Original copyrights belong to their respective rights holders. The library's preparation of a digital edition does not, by itself, transfer those rights.
Free downloads
Published books are available for free reading and download. Files may be kept and shared for non-commercial educational purposes only to the extent permitted by the rights and license applicable to each edition. Free access is not a general redistribution license.
Redistribution
Redistribution is permitted only where the relevant edition's rights notice or license allows it, and subject to its conditions. Preserve the content, author details, rights notices, and attribution to the source of the digital edition; do not misrepresent the file or its origin.
Commercial use
Free access does not waive the rights of authors or rights holders. No permission to sell or commercially exploit files is granted by this website. Any commercial use requires authorization from the relevant rights holders where applicable.
